Our hospice program and Hospice Care Center help terminally ill patients live their final weeks and months with the highest quality of life possible in their home or home-like environment. Our team of physicians, nurses, certified nursing assistants, social workers, grief counselors, and volunteers provide a full range of care to maximize comfort. We also work with local hospitals and senior living facilities to ensure our patients who require a higher level of care have that option.
Our expert team of palliative care specialists provides patients with relief from physical suffering and helps improve their quality of life. We serve patients who are struggling with advanced illness such as cancer, COPD, Alzheimer’s Disease, congestive heart failure, and kidney failure. Our team will help you manage your symptoms, help you navigate your way through community resources, and provide emotional support for you and your family of caregivers.
Every moment a parent has with their child should be cherished. Our children’s program enhances the quality of life for children with life-limiting illnesses and provides mental, physical, and spiritual support for families from diagnosis to bereavement.
Caring for a hospice patient can be rewarding, but it’s also physically and emotionally demanding. From stress management to help with errands, our team provides the support you deserve to take care of your loved ones during this important time.
Our bereavement counselors can help with grief during times of loss. We provide private, individual, or family sessions, as well as many types of group meetings. We also provide special support for children and teens who experience the loss of a loved one.
