Sub-Contract Opportunities

Hospice of Chattanooga, Inc. currently has the following contracted needs:

·        Licensed Physical Therapist for North Georgia Area – Hospice of Chattanooga currently provides services to Dade, Walker Catoosa, Whitfield, Murray, Chatooga, Gordon, and Floyd counties in North Georgia.  The Therapist would need to be capable of traveling into each of these territories with Whitfield County having the largest case load.  Therapist will need to be licensed in the State of GA as a Physical Therapist and be able to pass a background check initiated by Hospice of Chattanooga.  The Therapist will provide Physical Therapy services to terminally ill patients, primarily in a home environment.  Must have reliable transportation and car insurance.

·        Durable Medical Equipment – Hospice of Chattanooga is looking for a company in North Georgia willing to provide DME and supplies to our patients’ homes.  The DME Company must be able to supply Liquid Oxygen, Concentrators, and MUST have a Respiratory Therapist on staff. Contract is required.
