Our Service Area

Hospice of Chattanooga serves 18 counties in East Tennessee and North Georgia. Our headquarters are located at 4411 Oakwood Drive in Chattanooga, just off Highway 58. Our administrative team works out of this location, as well as the clinical staff serving patients in east and north Hamilton County.

Because our service area is so large, Hospice of Chattanooga also has several regional locations in effort to serve our patients in outlying areas more quickly and efficiently. Our regional offices include:
