The Hospice of Chattanooga Foundation is a supporting organization of Hospice of Chattanooga, Inc. The Hospice of Chattanooga Foundation supports non-profit hospice and palliative care services delivered by Hospice of Chattanooga in our region, fosters community awareness and financial support of those services, and encourages endowment investment to sustain the vision and ministry of non-profit hospice care in this community and region.
Charitable contributions to The Hospice of Chattanooga Foundation are tax-deductible to the maximum
 extent allowed by law, and are vital to our commitment to provide end-of-life care to all patients based on their healthcare needs without regard to their ability to pay.
Special care services supported by charitable contributions include:

Charitable and unreimbursed care for patients who are uninsured.

Pediatric palliative and hospice care services for terminally ill children.

Perinatal care for pregnant mothers carrying babies with life-threatening illnesses.
Any charitable gift may be designated as an honor or memorial gift. We deeply appreciate the thoughtfulness of the many families who request that memorial contributions be made to support the mission and ministry of Hospice of Chattanooga in our region.
