Hospice of Chattanooga, Inc. is dedicated to the belief that no one should reach the end of their life alone, afraid or in pain, and that people of all ages have the right to appropriate end-of-life care regardless of disease or ability to pay. 

Since 1981, we have been providing hospice/palliative care to terminally ill adults and their families.  In 1992 we cared for our first pediatric patient and in 2001 we formed one of the first pediatric hospice programs in this region.

Hospice of Chattanooga has served over 13,000 people over the last 26 years. We continue to provide the best, most comprehensive service available in our 18 county coverage area of Tennessee and North Georgia.
